His extensive background includes serving as the Executive Director of the Martha Holden Jennings Foundation highlighting his ability to navigate grant funding and thought leadership. He also served as Superintendent for Westlake City Schools where he was recognized as Ohio Superintendent of the Year by the Buckeye Association of School Administrators. Academically accomplished with a Ph.D. in Urban Education Administration, Dr. Keenan's extensive background and commitment to education, philanthropy, and community service reflect a dedicated professional with a wealth of experience and a passion for making a positive impact.
